Long Island Server Solutions was started over 10 years ago on the inspiration of offering fellow small businesses the kind of comprehensive support and customer service that was once enjoyed exclusively by large, enterprise-level companies. Although we still offer a “time & materials model”, we found that a “managed service” approach allows companies to run with little/no downtime. Basically this means that instead of taking your money when systems fail and you’re desperate because of the downtime, Long Island Server Solutions is compensated for keeping your operation productive.

Through an emphasis on managed service programs and careful growth, Long Island Server Solutions has steadily built a client base of professional service, manufacturing, medical, legal and financial companies that rely on IT for operations and customer service, and demand continuous up-time. Our operations have grown since inception and currently include 2 offices on Long Island which service the Tri-State area.
